Joint-stock public company. Established on Febrauary 2, 1972. The largest house-building plant in the Tomsk Region. SHPERE OF ACTIVITY Design and building-assembling works. Production of constructions, hardware, and materials. Productive capacity is 300,000m2 of housing per year. The Integrated Plant incorporates Industrial Base (Frame-and-Panel House-Building Plant) and house-building and specialized units. The Plant builds frame-and panel houses of two different series (nine- and four-storeyed buildings). Building of few-storeyed highly comfortable houses from ecologically pure materials is being mastering. Houses are built in shares with natural and juridical persons.
