SHPERE OF ACTIVITY Makes the Law of Russian Federation on Medical Insurance of Citizen in Russian Federation in force. Guarantees all-embracing compulsory medical insurance of citizen, social justice, equal rights of citizen in the system of compalsory medical insurance, and financial stability of the system of compulsory medical insurance. MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS In the expert opinion of the Federal Compalsory Medical Insurance Fund, the Tomsk Region is rated among the five leading regions of Russia for the development of the system of compulsory medical insurance.
