Municipal institution. Established on December 14, 1990. SPHERE OF ACTIVITY Serving Tomsk schools in spreading and introduction of new forms of meeting in school bodies, organization of leisure, deep studying of school disciplines, additional educational services; holding of mass festive occasions, exhibitions, discotheques; organization of walking trips, expeditions, tours; holding of seminars and courses for specialists in education and culture. MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS Hobby Centre is the subject of the Union of Pioneer Organizations of the Federation of Children’s Organizations. The experimental site is opened on the base of Hobby Centre.
